Is there a maximum distance that these lamps travel?
These lamps connect across the whole world! All you need is an internet connection and you can connect two or more Friendship Lamps to a single Group ID.
Is the Friendship Lamp difficult to operate?
Not at all! Our Friendship Lamps have been designed after a significant amount of research and development. They are extremely user-friendly and all you have to do is plug in the USB, locate your Wi-Fi network and use your group ID to get going.
Once you have completed this basic setup, all it takes is the touch of a button to start using your relationship lamp. Even if you change the location of the device or switch it off, it’s not a problem at all. The Wi-Fi touch light has inbuilt memory and will remember the last used Wi-Fi access point.

How many lamps can be connected together? Is there a limit?
You can connect as many long distance lamps to your group as you like; there is no limit to the number of lamps that can connect to a single Group ID. We have entire families with dozens of members spread around the world using these lamps.
Will this lamp work at my college or school?
College or school networks can be a bit tricky and may require some additional setup, which we are happy to help with. We would advise you to check with your school to see whether they allow such devices to connect to their WiFi network.
How many light color options are there in a Friendship Lamp?
There are up to 10 color options for you to pick from – all from simply holding down the tap button and scrolling through the colors to make your selection.
Can this lamp be used as a table lamp, night lamp, or for ambient lighting?
You can use the lamp however you like! But don’t forget: every time you tap it – it will light up all the other lamps connected to the same Group ID.
Does the lamp have a rechargeable battery?
The lamps don’t come with batteries, so you need to be always connected to USB power.
Does the other lamp light up as soon as I touch mine? Is there a delay?
Yep, the other lamp or lamps light up as soon as you tap your lamp. There is no delay unless there’s a problem with the Wi-Fi connection at either end.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Then, simply provide us with the different shipping addresses and we’ll ship to you and your friend! You can do this as many times as you like if you have lots of friends or family members living in different locations.
Is it safely packed for international shipping?
Absolutely! We ship worldwide and it is our job to make sure the lamps get to you in perfect condition.
Can I track my package?
As soon as your lamps are shipped, we will contact you with a tracking number so that you can track your package as it comes to you!
What if I have trouble setting up the lamp?

Do I need to have power adapters for different countries?
No, you don’t. Our lamps all connect via USB, so all you need is a unique power adapter with a USB port and you’ll be set with these lamps.
Does it come with a wall brick/wall block?
In the box, we will provide you with a USB cable so that you can easily connect to any USB wall adapters you might have.
Is there a warranty offered?
Yes. We are confident of the quality of the products we offer, and all our lamps are covered with a 12-month manufacturer warranty. If your lamp doesn't work as intended or stops functioning, we will organize for a repair/replacement at no added cost to you.
